The East Midlands Grand Prix is a series of 8 road races over the course of 9 weeks all on summer evenings.

Each runner's finishing position is calculated by age category, aggregated, & carried forward to the next race in the series. Only the best 5 results are counted, & prizes are awarded both by the promoting Club on each race night, & by the sponsors after the final race, covering age categories & teams. New for this year is the opportunity to register for all eight road races in one go (£35 for England Athletics Club Members and £50 for unattached runners) when you enter the first race at Silverstone. This offer closes on 27 April. Entry fee's for all races are £5/£7 unattached (£7/£9 on the night).
Normally races start at 19:45 but are subject to change.
