The championship is open to any first claim member of Harborough AC and uses a similar format from previous years.
To qualify for the overall title:
- You must compete in 4 or more of the 7 races.
- One must be 10k or more and one must be 5 miles or under.
At any of these races club titles will be awarded for the first first claim member past the post in the following categories:
- Senior Men
- Senior Women
- V40 Men
- V40 Women
- V50 Men
- V50 Women
Within each age category there are the following points on offer for each race:
- 1st – 50
- 2nd – 48
- 3rd - 46
- 4th – 45
- 5th – 44 etc.
Adding a runner’s 4 best point scores from the series of races will determine their finishing positions within their age category.
The overall club road championship title will be decided by adding a runner’s four best age graded performances from the series, provided they satisfy the qualifying conditions stated above.
